“Marinella’s song” is a project that sprang from the artist’s very personal sphere. It arises from Giovanni Casellato’s need to express his melancholic feelings which can be traced back to his past and, as it often happens, still resonate.

…..but no one, in Giovanni’ s opinion, has ever come up with a better interpretation of this sad story as Fabrizio De Andrè, this is why its name was inspired by this famous song, written by the singer in 1968.
